NeoCon 2026

NeoCon is the contract furniture industry's largest annual stage, and 2026 asked for more than a booth: a coherent story across a showroom, a textile launch, a lounge collection launch, and the press that follows. The challenge was to honor the legacy of the brand while celebrating new collaborations in one narrative, without flattening any of them.

We built "Chapters," a showroom concept for HBF + HBF Textiles designed by Henry Julier, a journey through the evolution of the brands over the last few years. Paint By Numbers by Liam Lee took home three awards at the show, while the show received over 20 press mentions.
